After giving this company a 1-star review this morning my order finally made it to my doorstep this afternoon after 8 days. The device appears to be of very good quality construction and comes in its own carry case. My order was for two of them while receiving the third one free. I am now well pleased with my order. This company needs to do a better job of sending the customers an e-mail with the tracking number and responding to text messages that were sent to them requesting information on their order in order to avoid negative ratings. Waiting 8 days for an order without any shipping information from the supplier is unacceptable. With that said I will give this company 5-stars on the quality of the device. Jim M
